Service refund policy and how to request a refund

We offer two types of service refunds:

• Full Refund on Your First Order (Within 5 Days): If you request it within 5 days of paying for your first paid service order, you receive a 100% refund of the paid amount. Domain orders are not counted as a first order.
• Proportional Refund: After 5 days, or for any later order, you can request a proportional refund. In this case, you will be refunded for the remaining whole days of the billing period. Please note that remaining partial days are rounded down.

The full refund may be refused if the system detects multiple accounts belonging to the same person. Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable. For details, see section II of our Terms and Conditions.

How to Request a Refund:

1. Navigate to the service management page under the 'Services' menu.
2. Click on the 'Request Refund' button.
3. Review the calculated refund amount and confirm the cancellation.

The refunded amount is credited instantly to your account balance, from where it can be refunded to your original payment method. A full refund terminates and deletes the service, including all associated data, files, and configuration. A proportional refund only reduces the expiry date; the service remains active.
